These terms cover the text messages APEX Trailer Rentals LLC sends about your trailer reservation. They’re separate from the rental agreement you sign at pickup.

What the program is

APEX Trailer Rentals LLC sends reservation-related text messages: your booking confirmation, and follow-ups about that specific reservation such as a pickup reminder or a change to your dates. These are service messages about a rental you asked us for. We don’t send marketing blasts or promotions.

How you sign up

You tick the box on our reservation request form that reads “Text me my booking confirmation.” The box is not checked for you, and ticking it is not a condition of renting a trailer — we confirm every reservation by phone either way. You can also just tell us on the phone that texting is fine.

Message frequency

Up to about 4 messages per reservation. There’s no recurring or scheduled campaign; messages only go out because a reservation is in motion.

Cost

APEX doesn’t charge you for these texts. Message and data rates may apply from your own mobile carrier, depending on your plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and we’ll stop texting you. You’ll get one confirmation that you’ve been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Stopping texts doesn’t cancel your reservation — call us at (325) 430-7646 for that, and we’ll switch you to email or a phone call instead.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message, or call us at (325) 430-7646 during business hours — Monday to Friday 7 am to 6 pm, Saturday 7 am to 2 pm, closed Sunday. You can also email Apextrailerrentals@outlook.com.

Carriers and delivery

Text messages are supported on the major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and we can’t guarantee delivery — if a text matters to your pickup, we’ll also email you or call.

The confirmation text is not a guarantee of availability

Our website can’t see the yard. A booking confirmation text or email means we received your request and are holding those dates pending our call — it does not by itself mean that trailer is free on your dates. If it isn’t, we’ll call you and find you another one.

Cost

There is no booking fee and nothing is charged when you reserve. The refundable security deposit and the rental itself are both settled at pickup, and you can change your dates or cancel at no cost. The signed APEX Master Trailer Rental Agreement governs your rental.

Privacy

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our privacy policy.

Changes

If we change these terms we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
