APEX Trailer Rentals LLC (“APEX,” “we,” “us”) rents trailers in Early, Brownwood and the surrounding Central Texas area. This policy explains what we collect when you ask to reserve a trailer, what we do with it, and what we never do with it.

What we collect

When you fill out the reservation request form on this site, you give us:

Your name, phone number and email address.
The trailer, pickup date and rental length you want.
Optionally: the town you’re hauling to, your tow vehicle, your address, your driver’s license number and state, your insurance carrier and policy number, and a note about what you’re hauling.

We don’t use advertising trackers, and we don’t sell data. The site sets no cookies of its own beyond remembering whether you picked the light or dark theme, which stays in your own browser.

Why we collect it

To answer your reservation request, confirm your dates, verify you can legally and safely tow the trailer, and prepare your rental agreement. That’s it.

Text messages

If you tick the box asking us to text you, we send you a booking confirmation and messages about that reservation — up to about 4 messages per reservation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Ticking the box is optional and is not a condition of renting from us; we confirm every reservation by phone either way.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your consent to receive texts from APEX applies only to APEX.

Who else sees your information

Only the services that actually carry the message to us and the confirmation back to you:

Our email provider, to deliver your request to us and your confirmation to you.
Our text messaging provider, to deliver a text you asked for.
Our web host, which serves this site.

These providers act on our instructions and handle your information only to deliver the message. We don’t give your information to advertisers, data brokers, lead generators or affiliates. We’ll release information if the law requires it, or if we need it to enforce a rental agreement or recover a trailer.

How long we keep it

Reservation requests stay in our email and phone records. If you go on to rent, your signed rental agreement and related records are kept as long as Texas law and our insurer require. Ask us and we’ll delete what we’re not required to keep.

Your choices

Call or email us to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. To stop texts, reply STOP. To stop emails, tell us and we’ll stop.

Children

You have to be at least 21 with a valid license to rent from us, so this site isn’t aimed at children and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
